Dear All, One of my friend is working with IT company (MNC). Before her joining date company has done all the background verification process and then they issued the offer letter and she had submitted all the documents of her previous company along with first & last 3 month bank statements.
Now she is going to complete her one year in the company at this moment company HR asked her to resubmit all the documents once again and they said that, "we are having doubts about your previous employment so please submit all the document once again along with the bank statement for full employment period. If you are failed to submit any one of the document will take the necessary action against you".
Now what is the next step she has to take can you please suggest and respond ASAP.

Pavani.

Thanks for the reply, she had already submitted all the documents but they required bank statement of total employment period i.e., 3 yrs of bank statement and she don't have that statements so they have given one day time for submission of that documents. She also requested them for more time but they are not ready to give time.

If she is not going to submit that document they are asking her to leave the company immediately.
Rules are there like that HR can ask the employee to leave immediately.
Is there any other way to solve this problem.

Hi MEKALAPAVANE,
IT company's HR or any company's HR cannot force employee to resubmit documents after working for around one year.
Is there any intimation to her to resubmit the same before this?
How can they ask her to quit immediately on this pretext?
As suggested by Mr.KK!HR she can get the bank details and submit for interim relief and then proceed with the next steps.
Let her substantial justification for such exit request. Firstly she can orally speak to them if this does not work she can write a email copying the same to the HOD and get clarity.

Well if you are not at wrong and have done nothing like it, there is no need to worry about it.
And if your employer has asked you for submitting documents means there is something that you cant ignore and need to take action.
Give the details as much as you can, that all you can do and request them to send an email to you for details they required from you with the purpose of it.
