If previous company is not giving you relieving letter, then you may join another company by giving 2 months notice to your previous company. Mention in notice that previous company is not giving relieving letter, it will helpful for onward correspondence. It is the duty of Employer to give relieving letter with the due diligence, but not more than 2 months from the date of resignation.
