Dear all, My Name is Naurin.
I completed my B.sc (chem) in 2012 and an MBA (HR) in 2014. After completion of my MBA, i started my own business and ran it for 2.5 years.
After 2.5 years because of some personal reasons i closed that business.
Meanwhile, I volunteered for a charitable project in school and worked part-time as an administrator/counselor.
Right now,I am looking for an HR job. Can someone suggest me how should I prepare for an interview?

You remove dust from all those text books first. Second do a serious prayer. Third, go through the basic theories and objective of HR... what it stands for ? What are the various processes. Also, try to recollect and go through several times, your nature of work in previous job roles and whether any of them relate to HR. Speak from the heart, and be truthful. Answer questions in a honest way. Rehearse yourself several times about possible questions and your intended answers. Having studied MBA HR you should know what is Personal Interview is about, likely questions and possible answers. Prepare yourself to face unexpected questions. Answer smartly.
Best wishes
