Dear All, I need an advice from senior person here in this forum. I am facing mental harrasement issue in my organization and in bond till 7 months and then 3 months notice period also I am not in capacity to continue job, so whether I pay amount of Rs. 50k to company and left with experience letter or I am abscond and invite legal actions on me? Will I get job or not as without letters may be nobody expect me. I am going through the dilemma and on this world mental health day, I am looking for peace of mind, as I loose confidence in my abilities and seek advice from all of you.

Thank you, as I completed 1.4 years and still needs to complete 8 months+3 months notice period. Is there any alternative options?, is bond legal?

Dear Friend,
Paying bond amount & notice pay amount is terms & conditions of your employment. If you do not pay or abide by the terms your emploer will not issue relive ordr and the experience letter. You know your employer better than us, absconding is not a solution to your issue. You put your resignation on health ground and request your management to adjust the bond amount from your F&F settlement. If not sufficient, request to waive balance amount. You take a call, if you can manage your future employment without experience and release letter.

Dear Friend,
I have understood your problem, what I can suggest is that you can not change the situation but there is a window out of this to reduce your working period there.
When 3 months are left, resign and serve the notice for 3 months this way you will be able to save yourself.

Thanks, Bharatsir for your response on this, but here notice period will start after bond period only, so I can not able to do that, so currently i make up my mind for long time perspective as I will need experience and relieving letter.
