Hi guys,
I am new to this forum.. I have joined a startup company as a HR.. I need to set all the HR policies from the scratch.. Anyways my company is a fashion retail company in chennai where in the same building we have the retail outlet as well as an office space for all the employees..
To my understanding we need to comply to Tamilnadu shops & establishment act if i am not wrong.. what other acts should i be aware of to set the HR policies.. And what kind of documents to have as a statutory compliance?
