Hi, Can anyone tell me which are the compliance which a HR should remember on his tips or should have good practical knowledge of that. I mean to say that are very compulsory to have knowledge in HR Generalist profile.

As a HR Generalist, you should be aware of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS compliances, minimum wages, etc.. You should be also aware about shop & establishment act or factory act depending upon the industry you work. You'll get knowledge once you start working on it practically. There are n numbers of laws and acts which you'll learn through experience.
