Hi seniors . How to get a job in hr with out any experience and having average communication skills????

Well, I guess this question can only be answered by you. But let me give some suggestions:
1. Average communication skills
- Not all companies require that much communication skills. There are jobs in HR that may required desk jobs only. Try to look for this kind of opportunity. And better yet, attend some seminars about communication skills particularly in English. But at best, whatever you learn from those seminars you have to go 3-steps ahead. This means you need to self-study, do your own research in the web, youtube or whatever social media for you to learn more and adapt it. You need to have a passion in learning the communication skills you require.
2. Without experience
- Most HR starts in a non-experience job. Some companies look for freshers as well. Find a job post that requires freshers. It may not be easy to land a job as a fresher because of competition that some may be better than you. Have perseverance, don't give up, try and try until you succeed. If a company is looking for HR trainee, grab that opportunity.
