Dear Sirs
I am working in a private Limited Company.Last year my salary were stopped for a whole month.Actually my online attendance was not updated due to some technical issue for which I requested my HR and when it was not updated I send them a reminder to do so. In reply they issued me a Show Cause letter. I replied the Show Cause well within the time.
After that they do not reply me any thing and just updated my whole month as LOP for the month of September 2016.Now I requested them several times but it has not been revoked and its more than 10 month. What to do and whom to address the issue for the release of my Months salary and reversal of the LOP.
Meanwhile Ive properly marked my attendance in manual register and reported everyday to my office well in time.I have replied almost all the mails and SMSs and WhatsApps messages in between the time.Please help as it is hampering me in many ways
