Hi, In our company we are having more than 50 piece rate workers they get salary range from 10,000 to 45,000 (Monthly) The question is we are going to done social audits (ISO, OHSAS, SA8000, Sedex) Is it legal to show them as piece rate workers in the audits. And how to cover ESI & PF for those workers.........................

yes sir they were deployed under a contractor but they didn’t provide us any bills they just give the number of pieces they stitched
