Dear members,
Today's Economic Times has published article titled "Inside Patanjali: Here's what life is like in Baba Ramdev's company". As the title suggests, the article is on Ramdev Baba's Patanjali. The link of the article is as below:
patanjali: Inside Patanjali: Here's what life is like in Baba Ramdev's company
For the working professionals or practising managers, it is a great case study on Organisation Culture. While Patanjali's culture emanates from the distinctive spirit of the India's national culture, it is not without flaws. Patanjali, as a business entity, has been growing at breakneck speed. Today bubbles in their organisation's culture are too small to be noticed because of their fast growth. But over a period of time, bubbles enlarge and do not maintain the same volume. After sometime they burst too. This is a basic law of nature. When the bubbles in Patanjali's culture will burst and how these will burst that future will tell!
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
