Hi,
You need to first plan and formulate benefits/services you can offer to your clients which can be different from other placement companies.
1. Like Complimentary Employment Reference Check, Educational Reference Check ,Police Verification of candidates hired through you.
2. Initial Personal Screening of candidates before referring them to client companies.
3. Competitive Placement Fees and flexibility in credit terms.
4. Sourcing of Specialized Skills and Industry.
Remember these are relevant in times when business is facing challenges.
Secondly, advertise on social networking sites like Linked In, FaceBook,Twitter.
Thirdly attend,Management and HR Seminars , Workshops and Training Programs in order to network with key persons in hiring with different companies.
Fourthly ,you can put a stall in Job fairs and give information about your services.
Fifth, you can do Cold calling through E-mails and Whatsapp on HR Groups and Company contact numbers of your business.
Sixth, contact your peers, Seniors and employees in your previous companies where you have worked and leave your Visiting Card to generate inquiries.
Seventh, put banners /posters of your Firm at locations where it can be viewed by a large crowd like Shopping Malls,Multiplex with their due permission.
All the Best,
Sumeet
