Hi, I got the Non-Competence Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed by the employees of my organization, as instructed by the management.
One of them refused to sign and now he is leaving the organization. The management wants the document signed before relieving him and are even ready to issue an NOC in the same regards; if that is possible( you can suggest if anything else can be provided)
I want to know, that is there any way that we can give a No Objection Certificate at the time of relieving to that employee.
If yes, can anyone please help me with the format.
Also, help me with the ways I can convince him to sign the documents.
The intentions are not wrong from both the end, but the question is only of security.
This one is urgent please help.
