Hi, I have absconded from CTS the reason being not responding to mail and unauthorized leave. I have served 1 Month notice period. After 2 Month s I hav contacted to Hr and paid for one month's notice period and got service letter only which stating I hav been absconded due to not responding to email and unauthorized leave from work.
Actual reason for no response is health issues and moved to village after 2 months came back to city, Hr is not considering the fact.this is communicated to my manager over phone call.
Now I wanted to go for Amazon interview, can I produce the same service letter at Amazon ??
And also I don't have reliving letter
Will amazon/any it company consider my candidature??
Please suggest me how to proceed in this situation.
