Hi There Need a sample letter for Degradation in job responsibilities of an assistant HR Manager currently the said manager is handling two companies , need a sample letter Please help

Dear Aselasirimewan,
Rather than calling it as degradation in job responsibilities, you may issue him a letter with heading as "Revision of Job Responsibilities" and list out the duties for which he is responsible. Please mention clearly who will be his reporting authority. Additional information could be on the measurement of his performance, how it will be measured, when it will be measured and who will measure it.
