Please help!
As i am in HR so i need to take care of our employees grievances and employee benefits.
On 1st Apr, one employee has joined whose Salary is 18000 P.M.
As i had done ESIC Registration through online and also paid contribution till Apr and May Month.
1. How our employee can avail benefits and how their registration can be made through online?
2. As i confirm that through online i have paid employee and employee contribution so shall i download the challan from website for future use.
3. Any returns also i have to paid please help and confirm whole sole information regarding ESIC for Employer and Employee Part.

Hi Jaya,
I can somewhat understand from your query that you are asking about how an employee can avail benefits from ESI.
Step 1: Get all necessary details from the employee (Use Form 1 of ESI - Simpler format)
Step 2: Update the IP details in the ESI Portal (Aadhaar details of IP and his/her family is important)
Step 3: Print Counter Foil.
Step 4: Paste the Group Family Photo (Small Size) of the Employee (IP) in the Counter Foil.
Step 5: Get authorized signature across the Photo (with seal).
Step 6: Advice the Employee to visit the dispensary for further registration (They need to put medical card)
Step 7: That Counter Foil is important for all ESI benefits.

Is employer need to be fill returns as well.
I am as HR who is paying each month ESIC contribution according to the calculation show in ESIC Site.
Please confirm if employer need to be fill any future returns.

No as of now except monthly contributions there are no monthly returns now.
