hello all,
I am pursuing MBA in hr from a college in rajkot. we are supposed to do summer internship project in our specialised field. i have chosen to do it in HR. and I got selected in a logistics company. I am confused which aspect of HR would be best suited to this line of business. As i was planning for talent acquisition or employee management, but i want such a topic where i can relate to their daily work practices and can prepare a good project out of it. please help.
