We are the security service provider. Is there any particular law that we have to collect gratuity on monthly basis.

As you are maintaining security agency you must be charging LEVY to the principle employer in monthly billing. Gratuity is it self a part of LEVY amount thus you need not to charge any thing extra from the principle employer if you are charging LEVY amount.
