This is deepika, I would lilke to know about payroll management for a company and Hr's role in that.
Some queries which I have.
Does the basic percentage will be same or will differ form comapny to comany and state to state?
Medical reimbursement will be given annually or monthly?
Whats the difference b/w payroll and payslip?
HR role in preparing Payroll?
As i need to go for an interview need some inputs for that.

No it's not same. It will differ from company to company as per their policy.
2)Medical reimbursement will be given annually or monthly?
It will be reimbursed annually by producing the necessary documents
3)Whats the difference b/w payroll and payslip?
Payroll is the process for generating the payslip for all.
payslip is the end process to show the earnings and deductions of all individual.
4)HR role in preparing Payroll?
Ensure all the attendance records according to individuals presence and with the D.O.J & D.O.L the salary and final settlement has be done accordingly
