Hi All,
I work with an IT company as an HR. I need to set up a T&D department from scratch. There is a committee in place but it is not active due to various reasons. To start with, I am framing the guidelines from effective functioning of the committee however not able to put a structure to it.
Can any one guide me on things to consider while doing this?
