Please help me with the contract completion letter for the consultant. He has been offered for a fixed term contact. Our company do not wish to continue his contract as of now but in future we may contact that consultant as per the requirement.

2. You will be paid remuneration till the last date of contract i.e. __________. For the smooth separation formalities, you are requested to hand over the charge of your position to Mr/Ms __________ and submit the handing/taking over certificate on your last working day.
