Sir, I am working since 2000 and am still working in an autonomous body of Govt. Initially the job was contractual with break of service and eventually the nature of job was continuous for 4 years to 5 years and I was included in the list of Group gratuity of LIC for that period and continued till 2015. But without any notice employer delisted my name from the scheme from 2015. I would also like to inform that in 2008-09 my service was again made contractual with stop gap measure once in 6 months when I was still in the list of this scheme. No notice in this regard is served by my employer but I came to know from a source and verified. My employer believes that I still don’t know about this and hiding the fact.

I have been working here with the hope that my poor family will one day enjoy this benefit which my employer promised and acted initially. My employer is still taking my service gladly but stopped paying premium of gratuity I am entitled to.

Kindly advice me what should I do now.

If you have worked for more than 5 years continuously then you will be entitled to gratuity. Whether your employer has stopped paying premium or "delisted" you or not is immaterial.
However, since you have break in service and change in nature as to contractual etc. your tenure of continuous service needs to be calculated properly. It seems to me that your employer is trying to deprive you from gratuity by changing the nature of your employment/ breaking your service so that you do not enjoy the benefit of gratuity.
