My father retires from gramin bank ,his pf is pending as in nominee he gaveved the name of his son in which his father name title is changed since childhood. When we talked in pf office they sad that they want joint decelaration form from employer and employee considering that he is his child .

There must be any valid documentary proof of child in which the fathers name has been specified as per EPF records, viz school final certificate of the child or birth certificate. that will work with joint declaration specified above
