Dear All,
I am new to HR. I am handling a big group of employees who are working at Client location.
This project is completely managed by Client. All the attendance, process and deliverables are owned by client.
My organization is managing the performance, benefits and payroll for these employees.
Client is very stringent pricing model where the employee's appraisal has to be beared by us.
Can you please suggest a best performance management model to handle this scenario?

Dear Vignesh,
The information given is too inadequate. To design PMS, one needs to study the system and process of each department, understand who are the internal/external customers and above all, identify the costs associated with each department. For this you need to hire consultant.
