After pasting here the structure is changed, anyhow the numbers are same, this is payslip for year 2011.

I am getting doubt cause I got only 3 payslips and has no deductions, now when I applied for a new job they are asking form 16.

The problem is this company(2011) is not ready to give me anymore documents.

As a fresher I was not aware and anyhow I worked and got the salary, but my past is troubling me now, I do not have any income proofs I have experience certificate from company. I am trying to join in an MNC and they are demanding for form 16, income proofs and what not.

I got salary in hand, hence no bank statements, now I am feeling really helpless. Someone please suggest what can be done. I cant even remove that experience as it covers 2+ years in my resume.

In 13,600 there is no TDS as the minimum chargeable to tax was 180000 means Rs 15000 per month. So you do not need form 16. Tell your new company that.
