Dear All,
Our company is purchasing a land & before registry they had given to 90% amout to the land owner. but unfortunetly a sales tax dept. has been raised a heavy demand to land the land owner & they are forcing recovery from us. in our sale agreement cluse claritly mention the we are only purchaing land not the liablity of company. regarding this we have lodge the FIR against them & case has been forwaded to high cour & high court given stay on purchasing the land.
Now another demand has been raised by PF dept. against 14b & 7q & they are also forcing us to pay the demand otherwise they given threat to seal the land.
Can It is possible that they have seal the land when court has been given stay on the same & how can he recovery from us When we are only purchasing land.
Please suggested as soon.

land is asset of the defaulter, ask the vendor to settle the issue

Dear Sharma ji, Vendor is running his establishment at another address. They are not shut down their establishment. best regards Sanjeev

enroute the demands to the venders new address if they find the defauler, they will arrange recovery
