Dear all ,
I had put the resigned in current organisation and they are not relieving my on given date which i had mentioned in the letter .
I also request to the HR & RSM that i'm ready to pay buyout amount but they are not accepted and HR sent mail to me at least server 90 days i.e notice period.
Is there any option to get the relieving from current orgainsation against notice period .
urgent .
please suggest .

clause no -08
"once you are confirmed employee, your service will be liable to termination by either party given 3 month's notice OR pay in lieu of notice period subject to discretion of the management".
but already i had server 45 days after submission my letter and request to all regarding relieving but they are refused. only company intention to missed offer which i have got from future company .

But as per labor law that company will recovery notice period against Basic salary , if employee having some urgent work and not able to work continue .
