Hi,
recently i have joined in a MNC company after working in 2 different companies, and i came to know that my first company was closed 3-4 months back, but they were providing email and call support to previous employees back ground verification, so my doubt is will that company is considered as fake company as is closed now, i have all the docs like offer/relieving/experience letters and pay slips, so what would be my situation if my current company came to know about this.

I think if the definition of the word "fake" is understood exactly and properly such a question will not arise. The word can be defined differently depending upon the context of its usage. Here limiting it to the context of the post, anything which is not authentic or genuine or which appears to be real but only an imitation or sham or lookalike or fictitious or imaginary or non-existent is a fake one. A company irrespective of its constitution can not become fake just because it stands closed after certain period of its operation. When the poster has all the authentic documents issued by the company earlier during his employment with it and an effective arrangement for back ground verification regarding its previous employees is there still in place, this query emanates only out of unnecessary anxiety and unknown fear of the individual.
