See, there is a very simple way out. You can easily lodge a compliant with Labor Inspector under West Bengal Shops and Establishment Act read along with Payment of Wages Act. He must pay you salary at max within 10th day of the next month.

Hi
I was working with a startup in Bangalore. Last Sunday they send a message to everyone that from tomorrow no need to come to office. They will inform when to come back. After that they closed the company. My two months salary us pending with them. When I asked for my salary they are asking me to wait till January. What should I do, whether I have to wait or move legally. If I decided to move legally what is the procedure

Discovery Montessori (IGNIVA Eduvent Pvt Ltd) appointed me and couple of other candidates as the Franchise Manager in Mumbai. We received the offer letter stating the job offer confirmation.
The company has extracted work from me for more than a month and has not paid the travel expenses which are spent from my pocket. Have invested my time and energy just on the simple expectation of getting the fix salary as discussed.
The company founder director Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh has refused to pay the same.
This is just to make the investors aware about the unreliability of this organisation.
The company does not keep to the words as discussed during the offerings, hence please do not be associated with them in terms of business or services.
