Coz in company offer letter there was one term that u can't take any educational courses along with the job...

Dear SR,
At certain places allowances are given as per processional course done.
Educational allowance is also given to employees who has school going children .
The clause regarding not doing any educational course while in job is strange as no organisation can stop you from gaining additional knowledge after office hours.
