Hello everyone Somebody please tell me the address of the labour office in Bangalore East. Also where does the labour commissioner sit? Thanks much.

Dear Apurva,
Yours is s functional problem st work site, which we face day to day everyday. No civil or Labour court will come to your rescue or give you relief. Where is the wrongful termination, for which you are intending to go court ?
My advice to you is " adjust with the situation" and don't become litigant, which will take you nowhere.

Dear Mr Kalsi ji
Thank you first for reply.
You are not even aware of the details full of this case and ask me to adjust. Adjust and adjust. Dont ask justice. Put your head down and live. That is why no progress in Indian labour law...everybody adjust. Big companies get away with playing with their employees.
I don't adjust. I don't.

I am sorry if you feel that I have hurt your sentiments by advising you to adjust with the situation.
How you expect me to know the full details of the case if you haven't mentioned. Please mention full details of the case so that senior member may advise you according.
Thanks,

Dear Mr Kalsi ji
Please don't say sorry..you are senior and very respected. My mistake also. I'm sorry also.
If I email you is it fine? Such a big company, I don't want to spoil its name on public forum.
With respect
Apurva
