Dear Apurva,
Yours is s functional problem st work site, which we face day to day everyday. No civil or Labour court will come to your rescue or give you relief. Where is the wrongful termination, for which you are intending to go court ?
My advice to you is " adjust with the situation" and don't become litigant, which will take you nowhere.

Dear Mr Kalsi ji
Thank you first for reply.
You are not even aware of the details full of this case and ask me to adjust. Adjust and adjust. Dont ask justice. Put your head down and live. That is why no progress in Indian labour law...everybody adjust. Big companies get away with playing with their employees.
I don't adjust. I don't.
