1.HARD WORK + SMART WORK + SINCERITY + PUTTING IN HEART AND SOUL + A BIT OF LUCK ....!
2.Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Judgement...Job clarity can only improve your performance. In addition to this, you need to have sufficient infrastructure to execute the job. Secondly, your company culture is also equally improtant.

All these are required but all are very subjective and perception based.
Keys to excellent performace requires well defined Vision, task and Goals. To make it sure, growth should be performance based.
