I got a offer in wells fargo on contract basis for 8 months.And they told me that if your performance is good and if we any vacancies at that time you can become permanent if not you may have to leave the organisation.so please suggest me wheather i should join or not ?

Firstly its a MNC where you can have a better career for some limited period as you mentioned and you may become permanent if your performance is good. so i think you can use this opportunity. In worst case, you may have to leave the organisation after 8 months where you will be having a notice period to search for the new job.

Take full support and facilitation of your seniors . Exhibit good behaviors and prepare notes of your learning . You must grab -that should be attitude , should be front runner and seriously owning responsibilities and report to your seniors invariably.
Take it in right earnest that 8 months period is opportunity to prove yourself as inseparable asset .Normally, we used to face 3 months probation period whereas it is 8 months for you. Do not bring time clock to your mind.You will be permanent employee, write once you get confirmation letter.
So work hard and create value additions in your assignments.
