Hi All,
We are private limited company engaged in trading of telecommunication equipment having annual turnover of around 100 crores.
Can we employee staff of any of the following nature?
1. Casual Employee
2. Temporary Employee
3. Probationary Employee
4. Apprentice
If yes, Whether ESIC & EPF applicable to them? And most importantly which is the law covering terms and regulations of such employment?

You can appoint all of them as per your needs and all of them are covered in principle by ESI & PF Acts except apprentices appointed under Apprentices Act 1961. B.Saikumar
