I have previous worked with cognizant(india) in a project 2 years back in a x domain. Now i have applied for cognizant(us) a completely different domain say (y). But i have updated my resume that i have worked in y domain with cognizant 2 years back , although there are little bit similarities between both these domain .
I was wondering does background check cause any issues for the above scenario ?
How does cognizant do background check for its own previous employees?
