Hi
I am working as a software developer in one of pvt. ltd. I.T. Company in ahmedabad.

The problem is when i joined the company they have taken a 14 months agreement from me. and this is not only for that thay have taken a undated cheque equivalent to my 3 months of salary.

The hr management is very bad over their. they want me to work 9.5 hour per day including only 1 hour lunch break. Even after spending overtime in working area they are not giving me any allowances. They don't even trust any employee, even there are many number of camera with audio recording too for controlling us same as we are in jail.

At the time of joining i clearly told the hr manager to relieve me in case i want to go out of country and he promised me on that.

Now i have given resignation just because i want to go for better opportunity in out of India. I am ready to serve the notice period of 2 months but they didn't allow me to server the notice period and harassing me to give 3 months of salary.

After so many arguments they decided to take 1.5 months of salary.

I didn't get my salary of last month and now i need to suffer till 15th aug 2016 and i will not get my salary.

I am facing so many problems just because of not having that 1.5 month salary. It is humble request that plz give me some resolution for this i want my salary back.

Thanks & regards

Hi,
When you have mentioned that you gave a 14 months agreement, was that on a legal bond paper? Also did you undergo any training, financially supported by your employer? Did you convey the present situation to your new employer? Please let us know, for us to provide you with better solutions. You can also take the help of an advocate who deals with corporate issues and based on his suggestions you can approach the local labour inspector.
