Hi, Is there any legal compliance that recommends to install LPG gas leakage detector in LPG yard.

There is no legal requirement for installation of LPG detector. Not mentioned in license conditions & THE GAS CYLINDERS RULES 2004.
In February - 2016, controller of explosives- hyderabad, had conducted a meeting with all companies in hyderabad.During discussion with authorities, they had mentioned no such requirements are there.
But concerned authority had a right to insist us to install gas detector for safety concerns.
