Is there anybody in this forum who would like to come to our organization and give a talk on motivation. Ours is a small software compeny located in whitefield, Bangalore. We have around 270 employees. I as a training coordinator and a trainer want to organize a talk on motivation for our employees. However our company is not able to spend much for the same. Hi,
I would recommend you to be more specific on the topic. This might help you to address your operational challenges or an eye opening session for your employees. Explain what made you to come for a conclusion that your employees need a motivating session.

Hi Vijayakumar,
Its not that our employees are not motivated. However a session on motivation would further strenghthen the motivation towards work that they have. Basically i could say it could be an eye opener. Once in a while having such talks will definitely boost the energy level of the employees.

Hi
I would suggest, that why dont you do the same, this will be of no extra cost to company, and if company is willing to spend something u can arrange some consolation gifts and food for employees at meeting.
Motivatiion presentation will be the best which must include the stories.
Always pick up the opportunity.

Dear Reshma
Your post is as interesting as the release of next S.L.Bs "SAAWARIYA". Tempting, Inviting and sheer gud time expected and spending from our pocket in both the cases is just an icing on the cake!!
Dear, yours are a software company with 270 people on board, how do you plan a speaker to address them?? In single go or in batches? If you have one gud arena where all of you can be together for a day, I would like to come over!!
