Emp.expired On Duty :claim

like to know I an Employe expired on duty after serving 24 year of service. Wife also expired and sons major above 21 age.
Kindly advice about his claims PF Employee cont. Employer cont. /EDLI/Gratuity etc.

His son will naturally get the PF accumulations, EDLI and gratuity. He will also get monthly orphan pension from PF since both the member (father) and his wife are not alive. Madhu.T.K

What is accumulated pension and 8.67? Who are not eligible for Pension?
Your deceased employee's son will get pension with retrospective effect. Since the employee had put in 24 years of service, he is eligible for pension.
