Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working as HR & Admin in leading co. One of our employee joined our organisation before 10 months & we are deducting & paying ESI to the department. We are planning to send the guy since project was not there. For these 10 months he doesn't avail any of the services. Is there any way to get the money or let me know the procedure there in.

Hi Bhargavi Any amount paid to ESI you can’t claim with out any reason. It is only medical & sickness benefits only

No, there is no such option. It’s would be like saying I want my car insurance premium back because I don’t bang the car this year.
