How To Attach A Document To Cite Hr For Posting A Discussion


hi, pls guide me in how to attach a document to cite hr for posting a discussion or reply to a discussion

In the reply box (when logged in) - click on "Add - with attachments" - this will present a form which has an "Upload Attachments" button.
Logged out users are only allowed to add queries - to attach files you need to be logged in.
