Spouse Pension Calculation In Case Of Employee Death?

P.S.KUMAAR

One of employee was expired in the age of 45 yrs on 09th Jun'16 while in service and four years continuously worked in Paper mills. He is a P.F membership employee and his current basic Salary is Rs.4000/-. How much his spouse and daughter will get Pension amount. Please clarify any one and provide Pension calculation.

If the salary on which PF contribution paid was Rs. 4000, spouse will get Rs. 1681/- as pension. 2 children at a time will get Rs. 420/- each. Abbas.P.S

Dear P.S.Kumaar, If salary on which PF is paid is 6000/-, widow pension will be Rs. 2001. Children will get 500 each. Abbas.P.S
