My senior head told me to find a new job bcoz i had taken a leave as 3 of my cousin died. I had already completed my whole month of may and upto 6th june. And now they had stated me that i am abscoding but in my 6 months agreement there is nothing like this written that we will be not responsible for this type of situation. Please help me.

If you have worked for entire May and upto 6th June, then you are entitled to the salary.
Where they have stated you absconding? Did they send you any show cause/ charge sheet?

I had informed my head as well as my team leader for the leave.
And there is a 6 month prohibition period.
They didn't send me any charge sheet.
The boss himself said that dont come to job n find a new job. And for that i had asked once again on whatsapp n he said yes,he is always sure. I have whatsapp message thread too.
