Hi,
in may i have contributed 12% employee PF share but from june this employee has taken 2 month leave, pls tell me does the company need to deposite 12% its contribution for both the month june and july

If no salary is paid to the employee, you do not need to contribute to epf contributions. if salary is being paid, you have to deduct 12% of his basic salary and same from employer side to epf.
If no pay is being paid, no contributions are required to pay. While filing ECR, show that he is on absent for full month. so no question raises on his contribution.
