Dear Employees, (modify as you refer to employees)
It has been noticed that many employees leave the office during working hours without permission to attend to their personal work.
This practice must be stopped immediately.
As advised earlier, any employee intending to leave office during office hours, must take approval by filling either of the enclosed forms.
1. Office Hours Absence Form - To be used for single visit due to official/personal reason.
2. Outdoor Office Work Form - To be used during multiple outdoor work-visits for a short duration of time.
These forms will be in use with effect from 2nd June, 2016. Hard copies of the forms will be available at reception desks. Kindly use the appropriate form.
Severe disciplinary action will be taken against those who do not follow the above procedure.
We once again urge all employees to strictly observe and adhere to the office timings.
