This is Shri Murugan from Preludesys, Chennai and being a manager for staffing like to discuss on what are the effective ways for sourcing profiles
As we all know we can source thru portals, job fairs, networks,references, head hunts and even though we have these ways for sourcing still we are lacking in 100% closure for the requirements we have.
kindly advice,help me in sourcing thru the other ways which are effective for sourcing.
