Can Anybody help me with various process for Goal settings and performance reviews and bonus criteria which include the dates by which all goals should be set for the quarter, reviews dates .

Sir,
Thank you for your replay ,its so helpful.
I got the point you mentioned above but I just want to know to confirm few things .
In order to execute PMS in office what are the steps or method to do so.
Somewhat I think PA , Month of the employee these are the ways by which we can implement PMS in office.
But what about PDCA- Plan, Do, Check, Act . Is there any other way to do so?
