I am a confirm staff working as a Regional Manager, one fine morning HR call me up and ask me for resignation as per him I am spreading some bad humour against the company. But clearly he can't tell me what was the actual humour and I am confirm he is talking nonsense. And today he is saying I am not giving the expected sales and I am not doing the target so I have to put down my papers. When he ask me about my target I clearly told as it a newly form division and my boss haven't yet given me any official targets as my responsibility to appoint super stockiest and distributor to setup the base. As it is the actual this as we don't have any setup in East my boss given me the responsibility to setup the infrastructure and for last year Aug till date I had appointed 5 super stockiest and distributors. Now they have put my salary in hold and asking my resignation as I had call my boss he dosent attending my call. What to do ? Do I put down my paper or let them terminate me. What will be my next step

One mone thing o want to add in my notice period I have 3 month notice period on either side but they are not at all giving time to serve my notice period and they are clearly saying I will not paid for these 3 month.

If your target does not meets,Hr should not ask you to give resignation,if company thinks that you are non productive employee then HR have to give 2 warning letter to you within gap of a week to improve your performance.If still not improved then they will terminate you giving one month notice.
They are not authorized to take your resignation.

Dear Friend, Check your appointment letter, as it has a clause regarding termination. Let me know the condition; lets see what can be done.

Sir, first of all I don't have any official mail of target as the distribution network is not present at the moment and I had made 5 superatockiest single handedly. So there was no proper communication about the targets.

Air there was no clause of termination as they can transfer me to any other division or they can transfer me at any other place. But there was nothing writing about termination. But suppose the HR send me the termination letter what should be my next step?

मेरा सुझाव यह है की आपको अपना त्याग पत्र दे देना चाहिए और यदि आप चाहो तो अपने प्रबंधक से कुछ समय ले सकते हैं , लेकिन अगर आप सोंच रहे हैं की आप कुछ कर सकते हैं तो शायद मुझे नहीं लगता है की कुछ हो पाएगा ! दूसरी ओर आप यह भी सोंचे की किसी भी कंपनी में एच आर अपनी मर्जी से कुछ नहीं करता है वह जो भी करता है ऊपर वालों के कहने से ही करता है ! क्यूंकि एच आर भी एक कर्मचारी है ! कभी कभी तो ऐसा होता है की एच आर जानता है कि गलत है फिर भी उसे करना पड़ता है क्यूंकि ये उसका काम है और अगर वो नहीं करेगा तो शायद अगला नंबर उसका भी हो सकता है !

जैसा कि आप कह रहे हैं कि आप रीजनल मैनेजर के पद पर कार्यरत थे तो मैं तो ये भी कहूंगा कि आपको अपने पद कि गरिमा को भी ध्यान में रखना चाहिए और ऐसा कोई कार्य नहीं करना चाहिए जिससे कि आपके पद कि गरिमा चली जाये !

क्यूंकि अब आप जिस पद पर कार्य कर रहे हैं आपके साथ टीम भी है आपके ऊपर भी लोग हैं , आपके नीचे भी लोग हैं बहुत साडी बातें सोचनी चाहिए आपको.

Hi,
Every well cultured company, there is proper HR system. & proper documentation, policies,target agreement & procedure to maintain professionalism. I think ,your company do not have any system.Every day we have to face different people of different mentality. Some time it is difficult to handle such people .I guess your company and your management want you to put down paper, reason would be anything. Some Centralized Management system do so. but do not get frusted. Please don't waste time to ask explanation from hopeless people Management.
There are great places to work around you. There are many companies encourages Employee welfare program to raise their Self respect /Morale.
Please go & apply for new opportunity.
Please take affords to prove yourself & overcome the shortcomings if any

Hi,
Find out where you file an RTI(Right to Information) and do so. I am not sure if you do so with the labour court. But do it only if you know you are absolutely right and not at all fault. I am saying this as we are aware of your side of story only and believe it to be true.
