Hi sanjay
it's nice stuff on ROI.
Seriously that shows your hardwork on this presentation.
But i want to know 2 things- can i get a password of this ppt and other thing the trainings which are conducted internally, i mean when the trainer is available from the office itself, in that case is there any requirement to calculate ROI??
Thanks

Thanks Sanjay for sharing this PPT with us..
Very Clear and crisp contents...
Evaluation of training programs is still a tricky area and it is getting to be a more focused area as companies are now wanting to know more than before what is the bottom line impact of the Training dollars spent on the Final performance of the Company.
I am currently doing a project on this topic, please do share if you have more information on the same.
Have a beautiful day ahead.
