First the management has to outline its mission, values and vision.
The top management must show that their actions are in line with vision, mission and values.
Selection of employees would be done in a manner that they will get moulded as per company vision, standards etc.
Frequent interactions with employees, reiteration of what company stands for will help employees align their activities in line with what company wants.

How junior level staff employees have their views towards management approach

As mentioned by our learned professional Mr. Nathrao, most of the factors are linked to an organisation's vision, mission, values etc. However, recently, myself and another trainer conducted a training cum assessment programme, where a few of the most important factors came out very distinctly lacksuch as of proper communication, open talk, clarity in respect of Roles & Responsibilities (between seniors and subordinates) , Mentoring / guiding / coaching (by seniors), where distance need to be maintained it was absent, where proximity is required there was a gap... and so on. These could be the general factors prevalent in all organisations. Even diagonal communication (ie between two verticals) was also lacking as per feedback provided by participants.

Hello Santosh,
Can you pl elaborate on these points before expecting actionable & valid suggestions from this Forum [notwithstanding the remarks & suggestions of Nathrao & Sundaram]?
1] "vision & mission of management"--without going into 'what this means', pl confirm the basis & who gave the inputs for this? Was it just the management.......if Yes, it points towards a 'take-it-or-leave-it' attitude by the management AND is a sure-shot way to ensure/encourage non-compliance by the employees--irrespective of the duration or level of training you conduct.
2] You have not mentioned which sector your Company is in--there would be many aspects/factors that are industry-dependent that have a bearing on the formulation, adaption & compliance of Company Vision/Mission Statements.
3] Since you mentioned the objective of the current effort is "preparing material..................to develop our junior level staff employees.....", I presume there already exists some sort of Vision/Mission Statements/Document. Can you mention it here? That would give the members to give more focused suggestions.......based on your one-line Posting, all one can give are VERY GENERIC suggestions--that may OR may not be actionable in your case.

it was a bit long to reply, since I was not able to come to this forum. Sincere apology.
our purpose is to develop every individual who is in the learning stage of the career which help them to get themselves a disciplined working attitude and ultimately a successful career.
ours is a beverages industry.
My points are very much clear about preparing a slideshow to get them understand the behavioural changes they should inculcate during initial stage of their career.

Dear Sanash,
Senior members have already given you their views on Vision , Mission and Values and hopefully you are working on that as per your company needs. You have not answered some of the questions that have been raised. Please respond so as to have a meaningful two way communication.
Having considered Vision, Mission and Values which are all part of the Management initiatives, you have to consider the relevant parameters for which employees are responsible. I am referring to Goals, KRAs and KPI.
Authors like Stephen Covey have dwelt at length on individual's Vision, Mission, Goals
and the integration with one's life.
You also have many postings highlighting how to create Goals, KRAs etc.
Both the above are available in Cite HR archives. Please search and take what is suitable for you.
