I saw a gazette notification regarding amendment in contract Labour act with regard to payment of wages whether this will be implemented after 30 days of this draft rules ?

This is the draft Rule for amending the Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1971. Thirty days notice has been given for consideration of suggestions & objections from public. The GOI will then issue the final notification after taking into consideration objections & suggestions. Thus we are not to implement this draft rules after 30 days. We are to wait for next notification.
